Activities and Organizations
Jobs for Chemistry Students
The department employs motivated chemistry students to serve as mentors in the classroom, assistants in teaching laboratories, and peer tutors. Students can also help staff the chemistry stockroom and prepare teaching laboratories for professors.

SEPC
The Student Educational Policy Committee, or SEPC, is a student-faculty liaison group which provides faculty with student input on professors, candidates, curriculum, and other departmental issues. It also organizes social events within the department.
Student Affiliates of the American Chemical Society
