Each year, faculty members throughout the College offer tutorials in 30+ topics. No matter the topic, you'll learn to think creatively and critically about the world around you, and you'll develop your communication skills, specifically writing, oral presentation, and discussion.
Since the tutorial is small, usually limited to 12 students, you'll get to know your classmates and professor. Your tutorial professor will also get to know you. Having personal knowledge of your academic interests, aptitudes, and needs will help your professor serve as your faculty adviser until you declare a major field of study.
