Our Mission
The Office of DEI Community Training, Education, and Belonging (CTEB) works to collaborate with people to position them to make powerful decisions about their future and create an environment where people can be their authentic selves across identities intersectionally.
We see these central tenets as a path to liberation of all constituents who belong to the Â鶹´«Ã½ College community. These can be applied to work completed by individuals and groups in alignment with the values expressed in the College’s mission and vision statement. By ensuring that all programs sit within this paradigm, the CTEB team will provide data (both qualitative and quantitative) to campus stakeholders as an accountability measure to exhibit capacity building for cultural humility and sense of belonging for all campus community members, present and future.
