I began my position in the Office of Financial Aid in October 2012. Prior to that, I worked for Verizon for 27 years. I'm very excited to be working for Â鶹´«Ã½! As the Financial Aid Assistant, my job is to be the first point of contact for students and other visitors, whether in person,  over the phone, or via email. I answer questions and schedule appointments as needed.  I also am responsible for reviewing and scanning all documents sent to the office.

I grew up in Brooklyn, Iowa, and graduated from Southeastern Academy Travel School in Kissimmee, FL. I moved back to Brooklyn, where I still live. I love spending time with family and friends, especially my two daughters and my grandsons, who live in Cedar Rapids. I also enjoy shopping and traveling.
